Terms of Service1. General Information
▸By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below
▸I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply
▸You may NOT use my art as a NFT or to train AI programs
▸You may NOT edit my art, remove my sign nor change it in any way2. Request
▸I may decline any commission for any reason
▸I may charge additional fees depending on the complexity of the commission
▸A price and estimated delivery time will be provided after reviewing your request
▸You must review and agree to the price and delivery estimate before any payment is made
▸Work begins only after payment3. Payment
▸All prices are listed in USD
▸Payment must be made via PayPal
▸For brazilian clients, payment can be made via Pix in BRL with a discount
▸Full payment upfront4. Refund
▸No refunds after work has started
▸If a refund is issued before work has started, the refunded amount will exclude any transaction fees (PayPal fees). You will receive only the amount I received after such fees were deducted
▸If I cancel the commission, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on progress5. Revisions
▸Sketch phase: up to 4 free revisions (you can ask to change anything)
▸Rendered: only minor changes allowed (colors, small details)
▸Major changes in the rendered art may incur additional fees6. Turnaround Time
▸Estimated delivery time is provided after reviewing your request
▸Delays may occur due to complexity or personal circumstances, but you will be informed
▸If you have a deadline, make sure to say so in your request
▸Short deadlines may incur additional fees7. Personal Usage Rights
▸You may use the artwork for social media, profile pictures and printing for personal use
▸You may NOT sell or redistribute the artwork nor claim it as your own

8. Commercial Usage Rights
▸Commercial use requires the purchase of a license and must be discussed and agreed upon in advance
▸You must clearly specify the intended use and the duration of use
▸Rights granted will be limited to the agreed purpose and time frame
▸Any use outside of the agreed terms will require an additional license
▸License could be for (but not limited to) merchandise, book covers, marketing materials
▸Ensure you have rights to any provided reference material and fonts used
Book Cover License
▸A book cover commission includes the rights to use the artwork for the book cover and related promotional materials (advertisements, social media, listings)
▸This license does NOT include rights for merchandise (prints, apparel or other products for sale)
▸Merchandise rights must be purchased separately
▸In the copyright page or inside flap of your book, you need to credit me by writing "Cover Illustration by Miss Insomnia"9. Copyright & Ownership
▸I retain full copyright of the artwork unless you request a "work for hire" project
▸I may post the artwork on my portfolio and social media
▸I may use it for promotional purposes
▸Credit is appreciated when posting
Work for Hire
▸Work for hire (full transfer of copyright ownership) is available upon request
▸This option grants the client full ownership rights over the artwork
▸Due to the complete transfer of rights, work for hire projects are significantly more expensive than standard commissions
▸Pricing will be discussed on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope and intended use10. Communication
▸Provide clear descriptions and references
▸Updates will be sent throughout the project
▸Respond in a timely manner to updates
▸Lack of response may result in delays or cancellation without refund if it surpasses 30 days11. What I Won’t Draw
